All Clarity Wellness services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and delivered by credentialed professionals. We accept Ohio Medicaid including all eight managed care organizations (MCOs), as well as most commercial insurances and self-pay.
Diagnostic Assessment
The first step on your treatment journey. Our licensed clinicians conduct a comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluation to understand your history, current challenges, and treatment needs. This assessment informs your individualized treatment plan and ensures you're connected to the right services from day one.
The diagnostic assessment covers mental health history, current symptoms, social and family context, substance use, safety, and strengths. It typically takes 60โ90 minutes and is conducted in a private, confidential setting.
Individual Therapy (60-Minute Session)
One-on-one therapy with a licensed counselor or social worker. We use evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and motivational interviewing โ tailored to your needs and goals.
Individual therapy is available for adults, adolescents, and children. Sessions focus on developing coping skills, processing past experiences, improving relationships, and building toward your personal definition of wellness.
Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) / Case Management
CPST and case management are the backbone of community-based behavioral health. Per OAC 5122-29-17, CPST encompasses the full range of case management activities: linking clients to resources, coordinating care across systems, and providing in-community support that stabilizes daily functioning.
Our CPST specialists meet clients where they are โ at home, in the community, or at our office โ to help with housing stability, benefits enrollment, medication management support, school and employment linkage, and systems navigation. This service is essential for individuals who need more than weekly therapy to maintain stability.
Day Treatment Program
Day treatment provides structured, intensive therapeutic programming during daytime hours, allowing individuals to receive a higher level of care while remaining in the community. Our program is designed for individuals who need more support than weekly outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization.
Programming includes group therapy, psychoeducation, skill-building activities, and individualized support. Day treatment is appropriate for individuals stepping down from inpatient care, or those whose symptoms require a more intensive therapeutic environment to support stability and progress.
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)
TBS provides individualized, goal-oriented behavioral interventions for individuals โ particularly youth and young adults โ who need intensive one-on-one support to develop adaptive behavioral skills and reduce problematic behaviors that interfere with daily life.
TBS specialists work alongside clients in home, school, and community settings to implement behavioral plans that are strength-based, trauma-informed, and developed in collaboration with the client's treatment team. Goals may include improving emotional regulation, social skills, family functioning, and academic or vocational performance.
Crisis Stabilization & Urgent Support
When a mental health crisis occurs, timely and compassionate response is critical. Clarity Wellness provides urgent intake and stabilization support for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms, suicidal ideation, or significant destabilization.
Our crisis-informed staff are trained to meet individuals in acute distress with empathy and clinical skill โ helping to de-escalate, assess safety, and connect clients to the level of care they need. We also partner with mobile crisis and emergency services to ensure a coordinated community response.
Not Sure Which Service You Need?
That's completely okay. Start with a referral and our intake team will help guide you to the right level of care.
